Energy Weaving: A Comprehensive Reflection & Recentering
It has been well over 3 years since my profound attunement to Energy Weaving. My understanding of what makes this modality of energetic translation and manipulation what it is has shifted and evolved so thoroughly over the years that I find myself needing to Reflect and Recenter. This is also the perfect introduction to a series of blog posts I hope to write that use my personal evolution in energy healing and translation to discuss how we can compassionately reflect and expand on our perspective growth. For now, we’ll reflect on my early introduction to the concept of Energy Weaving and what I was capable of channeling about it during my early development circa 2020, and then Recenter by Reintroducing Energy Weaving as I understand it now in 2024.

I thought it would be most aligned to start this section with an updated version of these channelings. While I’ve had plenty of similar conversations via the astrals with my spirit mentors, I realized that it had been a while since I directly channeled about Energy Weaving as a specific subject. This helped me to start putting into words all of the feelings and experiences I’ve had in a way that helped me to surrender to the specificity and release some of my natural biases around the subject in order to reintroduce it in its most neutral and expansive form. I’ll be channeling this through the Cosmic Archives and my Soul Records via my trusted Record Keepers who have also served as spirit mentors for years.

Channeling is a huge part of my personal spiritual practice, as it helps me to connect directly with my inner wisdom, my soul records, spirit mentors, and other beings as needed to challenge and expand my perspective. But it’s my opinion that channeling is most useful as a springboard or guiding direction. So, this recentering process wouldn’t be complete without breaking this down further in my own words and exploring how this applies to where I am now in my practice. Because Energy Weaving is clearly so interwoven in my business and this website portal it’s also important to me that I try to share this in the context of how it applies to you as someone engaging with this work.
The 3 Core Components of Energy Weaving
For a modality and paradigm that I have worked with daily for nearly four years now, I’ve historically found it difficult to put into words. It’s both obviously simple and vaguely complex. But, during my Hermit period of deep recalibration and reflection, I came to terms with 3 foundational elements that seem to be inherent to the modality of energy weaving.
1: Rooted in the Primordial Universe
It’s my understanding that one of the core components of what distinguishes different modalities (reiki, quantum, dialectic light language, dragon, elemental, etc) is the primary frequency that is activated via the energy healing to communicate with the energy body and encourages it to self-heal. According to what I’ve been taught by my spirit mentors, most - if not all, earth-centered energy healing modalities pull from various sub-frequencies of the core Source for this anchor universe. This is predicated on the Primordial Soul Framework introduced with the story of the primordial universe, but it’s not totally necessary to believe that to understand or experience Energy Weaving. What’s more relevant, is that Energy Weaving utilizes the energy from the Source well of the primordial universe, understood as the root universe. A spark of it was still used to create the unique source seed for this anchor universe, but it’s my experience that there is a difference. By rooting my energetic connection through the source of the primordial universe I am able to connect with the origin and the totality at once. I can see and experience a concept, individual soul, or macrocosmic system through its origin and totality, and therefore access all of its frequencial layers or threads. Some may say it’s semantics, but I emphasize this as a core foundation of energy weaving because every energy weaver I’ve ever met in the astral realms organically discusses or agrees upon inquiry that the source of the energy they connect with is rooted through but separate from the source seed of the universe I am engaging with them through.
2: It speaks directly with the Macro-Soul
micro-soul: the energy body of an individual soul as it exists in a single incarnation with the soul mechanism activations (or activation potential) needed for that incarnate experience.
macro-soul: the energy body of an individual soul as it exists in its totality, this includes all dimensional and density expressions from origin through all incarnated expressions coalesced into a single embodiment (can be viewed separate and in conjunction to other souls).
Another significant facet of energy healing is how that catalyzing energy flow interacts with your particular soul - or whatever energy system is being supported. If you compare your current physical body to the Macro-Soul, then all of the many millions of cells that make up your physical body are relatively equivalent to the many incarnations of you that make up your Macro-soul. The ever-changing fluctuations of our energy bodies on Earth, catalyzed by choice, action, and evolved understanding, impact not only those around us on earth but also ripple out into the macro-soul, which then impacts the macrocosm. Just like the food you eat or how you engage with your environment not only impacts the cells and organs in your body, but also the world around you. It of course also works in the reverse. From a Primordial Soul Framework perspective, when energy healers encourage physical bodies to self-heal and evolve, they are catalyzing a type of energetic osmosis between the micro-soul and the macro-soul by encouraging amplified communication with the full-dimensional embodiment of you via a ripple effect momentum.
Energy weaving, especially how I specialize in it, speaks directly to the Macro-soul through its direct connection to the primordial universe - through the root-seed part of your micro-soul that is present in your unique coding throughout all dimensions of your macro-soul. It’s meeting your soul in its totality and using that as the baseline to explore how your micro-soul body mechanism structure is expressing itself inauthentically or simplistically in ways that are serving as a detriment to your current well-being as guided by your spirit team or directly connected to your session intention.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t also touch on Energy Weaving in its capacity for broader macro-structure healing. In my early induction to Energy Weaving, the majority of my learning and practice was on Universe Mechanics, not individual Soul Mechanics. I learned how to see individual souls (both macro and micro) through the reflection of their structure in the universe body or planetary body. I learned how to recalibrate a realm or intergalactic grid structure before I learned how to recalibrate a person’s auric layer. It was both safer in many ways, and an important foundational aspect of my understanding for energy weaving as a paradigmatic modality. While I’ve worked the most with other energy weavers in the astrals who also specialize in macrocosmic weaving, even those specializing in microcosm weaving or vitality weaving use the macro-body lens in their work on more individualistic expressions of energy.
3: It requires Self-Attunement
Another foundational aspect to any energy work modality is the way in which someone becomes connected to that source of energy in such a way that it can be called upon for healing or self-development. With Energy Weaving, there needs to be an intentional activation of the thread or connection between the seed of your micro-soul, your macro-soul, and the primordial universe using some embodiment of yourself as the conduit and guide. For my own attunement to Energy Weaving, it came after having the term ‘dropped’ into my head one day followed by a pervasive spark of inspiration to understand it that led me to an Akashic Records practitioner that I trusted. During the session the practitioner went into an abnormally deep trance where they were left outside of my records and a record keeper came through them to discuss my inquiry about energy weaving. During this conversation, I was guided through a self-attunement process to activate that conduit between myself, my macro-soul, and the primordial universe. It was one of the most unexpected and profound experiences of my life. From that point on my spirit mentorship expanded drastically and my journey as “The Energy Weaver” began.
Since that self-attunement process, I’ve connected with other energy-weaving practitioners about their own experiences and guided others’ self-attunements. Through this, I’ve learned how foundational the self-attunement aspect is to the modality. While it can, and typically is, facilitated in some way by another practitioner or spirit mentor, there is always a significant element of self-direction to the attunement process. Either through physical actions by your present incarnate body, in collaboration with an alternative incarnation of your soul, or chosen as an innate activation upon incarnated birth. It’s typically a combination thereof, though that list isn’t exhaustive by any means of the other self-supported methods for attunement and conduit connection. It’s my understanding that without the self-guided aspect of the attunement, the macro-soul will reject the attunement as it requires intentional commitment and development by more than one expression of your soul.
Why Energy Weaving?
I’ve had a somewhat tumultuous journey with my Energy Weaving development over the years. I wasn’t always so secure in my connection with it as a modality, and there have been times when I struggled with intense self-doubt and even resentment of my abilities. As someone who was very predisposed to people pleasing, it was alarming to be thrust into the development of a modality that was divisive, unheard of, and far beyond anything I felt that I was capable of comprehending. There were times when I didn’t feel like I deserved any of this knowledge; when I felt like a fraud or broken for not connecting with energy in the same way as other practitioners I knew and trusted. It was difficult to experience these things so profoundly and then be faced with blank or confused faces when I tried to break down an ocean of information into a comprehensible droplet. To say I’ve been a little bit terrified every step of the way would be an understatement.
But that’s exactly why energy weaving. I was drowning under societal expectations and my wounded compulsion to try and please them. Energy Weaving pulled me out of deep disconnection with who I was and reconnected me in a way that was incomprehensible and yet like the deepest sense of coming home. I truly had no idea of my own opinions or preferences, only what I thought others would want from me. Energy Weaving was the last thing I ever would have asked for; it was antithetical to what I thought my life was supposed to look like. But it so thoroughly shattered all of my preconceptions in such a deeply consistent, honest, and empowering way, that even during times where my support systems rejected me and my belief in my gifts should have been nonexistent, the intrinsic connection I had begun to develop never left me or faltered. I could rage and reject and devolve into my darkest state of resentment and the connection remained just as steady and reassuring and soothing; my spirit mentors remained just as patient, respectful, and empowering.
Energy Weaving is an expression of the most authentic and expansive part of me that I could possibly embody in this incarnation. It is the most vulnerable and transformative path I could have chosen because it was the most antithetical to my expectations and yet the most encompassing of my authentic totality. The choice to continuously recommit to this path is never taken lightly, and each time brings me the most terrifying peace. It’s the greatest challenge and gift of my life. For my journey, it has to be Energy Weaving because it is the anchor that reminds me that I am whole and never separate; because I did choose to do the scary thing and embrace it, and was irrevocably changed by that.
Why the term ‘Energy Weaving’?
As referenced in the above channelings, Energy Weaving as a modality could just as easily have been called ‘the becoming.’ It’s my understanding that the term Energy Weaving was shared with me first and foundationally because it was what would spark the most curiosity for me and remain most in resonance for the duration of this incarnation. It was essentially the most human-centric term to encapsulate a non-human-centric modality. It was also what would align most with ‘collective needs.’ But, for fun, I thought it would be fun to check the Cosmic Archives for some other Earth-aligned translations of the modality.

Specializations of Energy Weaving
Because Energy Weaving is such an inherently complex and expansive modality, there are a lot of ways in which it can be personalized and expressed through the many unique soul development journeys. I’ve come across 7 specializations of Energy Weaving so far that align with this universe’s energetic physiology. While I specialize most in Macrocosmic and Soul Mechanic Weaving, I’ve studied and practiced under 5 other specialties to varying degrees.
Soul Mechanic Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through an intimate and comprehensive awareness of the soul body structure as it exists separate and in conjunction to an incarnated body. Soul Mechanic Weavers traditionally have soul lineage as Soul Surgeons, Nursery Realm Keepers, or significant compounding incarnations in various individualized healing modalities.
Macrocosmic Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through expansion and deepening the connection from the micro-soul to the macro-soul and has a predisposed capacity for understanding and manipulating the interconnection between broad structures. Macrocosmic Weavers traditionally have soul lineage as Architects, Grid Weavers, traveling between Universes, and/or being long-term incarnates in Macro-realm structures.
Microcosmic Weaver - One who heals and reconstructions through the refinement and deepening of the connection from the macro-soul to the micro-soul and has a predisposed capacity for understanding and manipulating the fine details. Microcosmic Weavers traditionally have soul lineage as Soul Surgeons, Grid Keepers, have a radial soul trajectory, or have significant compounding incarnations in group consciousness bodies or micro-organism consciousnesses.
Vibrancy Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through the propulsion, expansion, and activating energies of the macro and microcosmic systems and has a predisposition for exploring passion, revelry, and awakening connection. Vibrancy Weavers have a more varied soul lineage highlighted by significant compounding incarnations developing a relationship to life force energy and are often referred to Macrocosmically as Wielders.
Density Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through the macrocosmic and microcosmic expression of energy through various levels of density and often has a predisposition for exploring different density expressions during an incarnation. Density Weavers have a more varied soul lineage highlighted by significant compounding incarnations across each density layer of at least one universe and are often referred to Macrocosmically as Wielders.
Dialectic Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through an intimate and comprehensive connection to dialectic recalibration and has a predisposition for various forms of vocality and language. Dialectic Weavers often have significant compounding incarnations in bodies and communities with a passionate and complex communication style.
Void Weaver - One who heals and reconstructs through an intimate and comprehensive connection to the chaos dimensions and their root void. They typically have a predisposition for manifestation and an innate intelligent expression of chaos or randomness. Void Weavers traditionally have soul lineage as Architects, Void Keepers, or have significant compounding incarnations in chaos dimensions and vortex zones.
Energy Weaving at The Energy Weaver Academy
As we have discussed already, Energy Weaving is ingrained in nearly every aspect of this website and its outside expressions as I’m intimately involved with developing every aspect of the Energy Weaver Academy. More practically, you can expect to be more directly exposed to Energy Weaving through my 1-1 sessions, community events, and (in a broader sense) my courses. Over the years I’ve found that the pull to experience Energy Weaving comes when you’re ready for change or when other energy work or divination techniques aren’t quite capturing the full picture.

You Might Resonate with Energy Weaving if:
You want to explore where and how your perspectives or experiences are limiting you. Particularly with my dual specialization, I excel at challenging you to think bigger or consider unusual and expansive potentials. If you’re feeling stagnate or trapped in a box it may be the ideal time to seek out an Energy Weaving session.
You’ve received Reiki or other energy work sessions before. This isn’t a prerequisite, but I find that Energy Weaving works exceptionally well as a compliment or expansion to Reiki in particular, but other earth-centered modalities as well. It has a way of bringing balance to the body and awakening the consciousness enough to receive a more expansive experience with Energy Weaving.
You want to explore what makes your soul unique. As a result of my dual specialization, I have a particular knack for identifying unique activations and structure developments in your soul body. If you want to explore untapped capacity or unrecognized gifts I can often guide them to you in unexpected ways.
You’re looking for support with exploring recent spiritual phenomena or rebirth. Sometimes you need a listening ear and guiding direction when faced with unusual, profound, or disorienting spiritual experiences. As someone with plenty of experience with that, as well as experience connecting with beings from a vast array of cultures, beliefs, and experiences - my Energy Weaving sessions are a place to explore your experiences safely and with an open mind.
You want a more harmonized connection to your community, find resonance with a new or expanded soul group, or to have a more impactful ripple effect on collective change. Sometimes you feel called to self-development through service or communal connection - but you don’t quite know where to start. An Energy Weaving session through a macrocosmic lens can assess what soul groups you’re most in resonance with and help you find ways to connect and evolve through them.
You’re open to conflicting perceptions. The concept of spherical truth is a part of my paradigmatic background, which means I believe that the resonance of truth varies based on your vantage point of perception. What is perceived by a more earth or galactic-based reader may be very different from what I uncover from a macrocosmic perspective. I’ll never tell you what to believe, but sometimes what is shared in a session may challenge your beliefs or social programming.
When Energy Weaving May NOT Be the Right Fit:
You are in the midst of an acute mental or physical crisis. As a holistic-minded practitioner using an inherently non-earth-centered modality, it’s important that you have a relationship with your mental and physical health providers and are not aiming to use Energy Weaving or any other energy healing modality as a replacement. In fact, while my energy work can sometimes have ripple effects on things like physical or mental illnesses, I’ve found that other earth-centered modalities like Reiki are much more complimentary and tend to have more rapid impacts when used in conjunction with medical guidance.
You are significantly skeptical of the validity of Energy Healing. I always encourage discernment when engaging with anything, and Energy Weaving sessions are no different. You’re always the best judge of what resonates and how to put information to your best use. But Energy Weaving also requires a certain level of openness and curiosity. If another is pressuring you into an Energy Weaving session, course, etc. or you are doing it intending to prove it invalid - it simply won’t be as effective. Energy Weaving sessions are like a temporary micro-attunement to Energy Weaving, which as we discussed above requires self-attunement and a conscious and open commitment to connect with the origin and totality of you. Without that openness and authentic consent your energy body will reject what is done in the astral dimensions when it seeks to anchor into your body.
You want me to “fix” you. There is nothing about you that needs to be fixed, only things that want to be understood more deeply and accepted or transmuted. Energy Weaving also requires anchoring actions to consciously consent to the integration of energy into your micro-soul. I am never doing 100% of the work to resolve an intention or concern that you are centering your session on. How you process and explore a session after it has ended is profoundly important to the healing experience.
You want to be told what to do. One of the conditions of working through the cosmic archives and alongside my spirit mentors is that we will never take choice away from you, tell you how to use the information we share, or give you direct instructions for walking your path. Energy is always fluid and your autonomy is sacred.
You want precise earth-based information. There are a lot of incredible psychics, readers, and mediums who can give you targeted insight about your deceased grandma’s secret recipe, where you lost your wallet, or if your partner is cheating on you. Sometimes more precise earth-based knowledge will organically come up in an Energy Weaving session if it’s truly relevant, but they are not something that I will be able to reliably help you with. That type of information is like hunting through a galaxy for a grain of sand and I am at my best when we are centering the session on self-development themes.
You’ve received a significant energy working or attunement in the last 1-3 weeks. Energy Weaving uses a complex and varied array of energy that can sometimes cancel out or disrupt the attunements or energy work done by other practitioners if it has not had enough time to integrate organically. ‘Stacking’ energy work can also throw you into a crisis when you’re inundating your micro-soul with too much to process in a reasonable timeframe. You deserve to get the most out of the sessions you pay for so be sure to always give your sessions time to work their magic and time for you to be re-centered and intentional before you seek out what’s next.
